on our behalf for our wedding on 28 September.
The
cake looked magnificent and tasted absolutely
wonderful.
Your
skill in matching the floral decoration on the
cake to the flowers on the bride's bouquet worked
perfectly - they looked so real.
We
loved the idea of porcelain flowers instead of
sugar icing flowers and we presented each of the
mothers with a porcelain flower spray from each
of the tiers as a keepsake of our special day.
As
for the cake itself, the tropical fruit cake was
absolutely delicious and we're still getting loads
of mouth-watering comments from our guests. We
are ferociously guarding the top tiered traditional
fruit cake layer which we have kept.

attention to detail was amazing, we loved the
black and white swans, the watery effect and the
gorgeous pastel colours. You went to a lot of
effort to get the castle just right and it was
worth it, we took so many compliments on your
behalf and can't wait to see the photos although
they can't do it justice! As you can tell we are
exceptionally pleased and so grateful as it didn't
just look it (sic) good it also tasted so moist

me want to have a go especially with the transfers.
Your dem was so informative and you made it
look so easy the only downside to the evening
was it was not long enough!!!!!
You also had such a lovely display and of course
the
goodies that were passed round was another plus.
The comments I heard afterwards by other members
were all good. You are such a natural at demonstrating.
I know the members enjoyed it because they were
quiet you held their attention for what an hour
and half!!! we have not had a
demonstrator do that for ages..."

Julie
Orton has been making our themed family celebration
cakes for over Seven Years.On every occasion
her cakes have far surpassed our every expectations.
The pleasure her cakes have brought to our three
Grandchildren over the years is immeasurable.

making our cakes as they always have to be Gluten
Free, a much more difficult process in the art

would like to thank you for producing such a
wonderful replica of my parents wedding cake,
especially in such a short period of time. My
parents were thrilled when they saw the cake
at Goodwood House. I had not told them about
the cake beforehand. The fact that you had managed
to recreate so much of the original cake was
astounding. Obviously the look of the cake was
wonderful, but the taste was fantastic! Everyone
that had a piece said what an outstanding cake
it was.
